Every piece deserves a considered choice. Please review the return and cancellation terms before placing your House Napoles order.

Pendant returns

Pendants may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return postage.

Contact House Napoles with your order number before sending a pendant back. We will provide the return instructions and address. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Rings, exchanges & resizing

Rings are not eligible for return. We do not offer exchanges or resizing. We use US ring sizes and encourage you to have your finger professionally measured before ordering. If you are unsure about the fit of a design, contact us first.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel an order before production begins. Contact us promptly with your order number so we can confirm its status. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or raises a concern about materials or workmanship, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the concern and discuss the appropriate next steps before you send the piece back.
